Why I Created Hostage Tape

A few years ago, I was the guy keeping everyone up at night. My wife moved to another bedroom. One fight led to two, then three. Eventually, we separated.

I was a lifelong athlete in good shape - but every morning I woke up feeling off. I tried everything. Nothing worked.

Then I read about James Nestor's experiment at Stanford on mouth breathing vs. nose breathing. That night, I taped my mouth shut with cheap tape. I woke up the next morning and something just felt different.
