Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day
- Orders are not shipped on weekends
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before shipment.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier.

- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (U.S. only)
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold
- Expedited shipping options (including 1-day shipping) are available on weekdays only
Weekend delivery is not available.

Shipping Responsibility

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier:
- the shipment is under the responsibility of the carrier
- we are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.
We may assist in initiating a carrier claim where applicable, but we do not guarantee resolution outcomes.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping at calculated rates.
- Free shipping is not available for international orders
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

- United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- European Union: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
