Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.

• We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

• All orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. (For example, if you place your order at 6:00 PM on Friday, we will process and pack your order over the weekend, but the shipping carrier won’t pick it up until Monday).

• All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier.

Please Note:

• -You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
• -Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipment.
• -Standard Deliveries will take 3-5 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.
• -Weekend delivery is not available.
• -Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
• -Standard shipping rates apply on orders up to $74.
• -1 Day shipping rates available (only on weekdays).

International Shipping Policy

• We ship worldwide at an international priority rate.

• Free shipping is not available for international orders.

• Please allow up to 5-20 business days for your shipment to reach depending on the country of shipment. (Canada 5-15 business days, United Kingdom 5-10 business days, EU countries 10-20 business days, Australia 10-20 business days, rest of world 10-20 business days)

• All shipping fees and Duty Taxes are calculated in your order, we guarantee no extra charges on delivery.
